Nothing beats a relaxing massage after a day of exploring Bali. At Villa Reina, you can enjoy a range of massage services that are provided by professional and friendly therapists. Whether you want a Balinese massage, a reflexology massage, or a shiatsu massage, you can choose from a menu and book them easily. You don’t have to go anywhere, we will bring the spa to you. Details to Butler Service
For your convenience we have two amazing dedicated staff at Villa Reina. Our Butler Andre and Villa Attendant Gede. During your stay, please do not hesitate to ask them if you require any assistance, with tours, massages, scooter rental or transportation. They are also able to prepare breakfast and simple meals so you can completely unwind and relax during your stay.
Our staff typically works 8 hours a day. They are of course able to be flexible with their timing to fit your schedule and requirements during your stay at Villa Reina.
Andre and Gede will clean and make up the rooms on a daily basis, but please note that linen and towels will be changed upon request / as needed to reduce our environmental impact
Food and Drinks
Drinking water, Tea and Bali coffee or instant coffee are included in your stay and provided free of charge at Villa Reina.
Food and drink at Villa Reina are provided on a simple “Groceries + 20%” – which means the staff will purchase the groceries for the meals or drinks you have requested, and then ask you to pay for the grocery costs plus a 20% villa charge that goes to cover other costs such as cooking gas and petrol.
Andre, your butler, is able to prepare simple Western and Asian dishes and help you with a BBQ. Should you crave something more refined, we can recommend you a private hire chef.
Spa Services
Villa Reina provides massage treatment in-house by a recommended third party (additional charges apply). Please approach our staff for more details and available options.
Laundry
The staff are happy to arrange laundry for you. Laundry will be sent outside to an external laundry and normally takes 24 hours to be finished. Laundry is charged to the bill plus the standard 20% villa service charge.
Transport Services
Whether you need to be picked up or dropped-off at the airport. Whether you want to explore other parts of Bali, go on a shopping spree or just want to have a night out. Our staff can explain the different transport options and book them for you accordingly.
Motorbike and Car Rental
Motorbikes are the standard mode of transport all over Indonesia and hence in Bali too. If you want to explore the area independently they are great options to get around. Please give us a day notice to arrange motorbikes for you. Of course, cars are available for rent as well.
GoJek / Grab
Other convenient options to get around are GoJek and Grab, the Uber of South East Asia. Just download the App or ask our staff to book a ride for you. Within minutes your ride be it car or motorbike will be there to pick you up.
Other Services
